MARIA OLIVIA NAVARRO

I am a West Coast native, born and raised in California. For the last three years, I have been working as an independent study high school teacher while earning a Master's in Education at Northeastern University.

I work in partnership with predominantly students of color in marginalized communities. My work is integral to my identity, and I view earning an advanced higher education degree as evidence of my commitment to my community.
